Holly brings over a decade of experience in executive search and the financial services industry to Jamesbeck Global Partners. She specializes in investment professional and infrastructure searches for private investment clients and has led numerous senior engagements for leading leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, hedge funds and fund-of-funds. Holly is a nationally recognized authority on private equity, talent management and compensation issues and has been among the most active recruiters in the industry at the senior levels in the past several years.

Previously, Holly founded the Funds practice at Lancor and led Sextant Search Partners’ West Coast office. Before beginning her executive search career Holly worked at a leading middle-market private equity firm and served as a Senior Associate at Robertson Stephens. Holly spent her earlier career with Morgan Stanley in New York, where she worked in Mergers & Acquisitions and the Fixed Income Derivative Products Group.

She received a Bachelor of Business Administration with highest distinction from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
